Our colleagues at Citizens Advice offer in person Outreach sessions at both our surgery branches.   

Free, individual, face to face, confidential advice advice is offered by a Citizens Advice caseworker to our registered patients at The Bungalow, next door to Lake Road Surgery, Verwood or alternatively in the Counselling Room, Pennys Lane, Cranborne Surgery,

Sessions are held on alternative Wednesday mornings from 10 am with appointments are for 1 hour each at 10 am, 11 am and 12 noon.

Citizens Advice appointments at our Cranborne or Lake Road surgeries are only available to patients registered with our Practice.

Patients registered with the Practice may book a slot by completing our online Citizens Advice Booking form below or by contacting us through Reception.

Anyone booking an appointment should be aware that Penny's Lane sessions are offered in an upstairs office, so those with limited mobility should consider booking a slot at Lake Road.
