You can visit us at either our surgery in Pennys Lane, Cranborne or at Lake Road surgery in Verwood.

To find the location of our surgery sites on a map, please scroll down to view a map of our surgery locations.  Parking is available at both our surgery sites.  Our Lake Road Surgery is on the main bus route X6 that runs between Poole - Verwood - Bournemouth daily.

Access for Wheelchair users

Both surgery sites provide step free access for visitors and patients with mobility issues. If you have any particular concerns about access please discuss them with reception prior to your visit.

Disabled parking

There are disabled parking bays at both Pennys Lane and Lake Road surgery sites.

Other Support

Toilet facilities for the physically disabled are available at both surgery sites within the limitations of the buildings.
