Citizens Advice

We regret to advise that from April 2025, Citizens Advice can no longer provide their outreach service in our GP surgeries, so we can no longer accept bookings at our Cranborne and Lake Road surgery sites.

But we want to assure our patients that there are other ways to access free advice on various issues, including housing, benefits, debt, energy and more.

Citizen Advice are able to help most people either by phone or by email and a face-to-face appointment can be made if necessary.

Scroll down to find out the options available to local people.
