Friends & Family Test

NHS Friends and Family Test

The NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) was created to help service providers and commissioners understand whether patients are happy with the service provided, or where improvements are needed. It's a quick and anonymous way to give your feedback after receiving NHS care or treatment.

Friends and Family Test

Providing FFT feedback is an important opportunity for you to let us know what you think about the services that The Cranborne Practice provides for your care and treatment. Your feedback will help to improve services for everyone.  To complete the FFT online, follow this link:>>Leave My Feedback. .

In addition, after receiving care or treatment, patients may be invited by text message to complete a brief feedback survey to provide the Cranborne Practice with your views.  You'll be asked: "Overall, how was your experience of our service?"

You can rank your answer from "very good" to "very poor".  You will have the opportunity to explain your score by adding comments, and you may also be asked some follow-up questions. This is important because we can only make changes if they know exactly what is or is not working. We are currently working on how to best display on this website the results of these surveys and the actions we are taking because of patient feedback.
